Kecia is a senior academic leader with a 30+ year career as a workplace diversity researcher and diversity scientist. She is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and formerly certified through Sherpa Coaching.

Laura Bierema
Laura has been committed to women’s learning, leadership, and career development for over 30 years. Her coaching practice helps women identify their why in learning and life and build mindsets, thoughts, and actions to realize their goals and ambitions. Laura follows an inquiry-action-based coaching process that helps clients discover what is meaningful in their lives and work. Laura will create a safe and brave space for you to challenge yourself and actualize what is next.
Laura is a former automotive executive and current professor at the University of Georgia who is widely published and a certified Sherpa Executive and Master Coach. She is currently collaborating with an Italian university to develop a coaching program in Italy.
